- If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your purchase within 07 days of Delivery!
- If you receive the damage/defective product you need to inform us on mail with the images of the of the product on [email protected] within 48hrs of delivery.
Note: Refunds are not applicable for FINAL-SALE items. (Items which are on heavily discounted price during sale period) In that case, we would provide Refund in form of a coupon code which can be used to make any purchase through our website.
Unused and unaltered products maybe returned for a refund or exchange in original RIO RABBIT packaging.
In order to ensure a smooth return process, we have partnered with multiple courier companies and most likely, the reverse pick-up facility is available at your address.
To place a return request, follow the instructions provided in RETURN ORDER in footer of our Home page or return from your RIO RABBIT website account. (WE HAVE GOT ALL MAJOR AREAS COVERED FOR RETURN PICK-UP FACILITY)
Incase of non-availability of reverse pick-up facility in your area, after applying for a return in Returns Manager, you will need to self-ship the purchased item in original packing at our operations office address:
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned after more than 06 days of delivery
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. You are only applicable to return the order for one time itself per order, the exchange order will also be counted as your first order only.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your prefered method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Part payments are only refunded if you inform us for the cancellation of the order before it is dispatch from our end. And if you have placed a PREPAID order and if it is dispatched from our end and after that if you inform us for the cancellation of order then the sum of 100/- will be deducted as a convenience charges and the rest of the amount will be credited in your preffered account.
Once the order has been picked up, the refund will be initiated to your selected mode within 12-15 working days from the date your order is picked, subject to your returns passing the quality check. And if you are approved for the refund in your preffered bank account then the amount of Rs.250/- will be deducted as a convenience charges and the rest of the amount will be credited.
Refund will reflect as per below-mentioned timelines after it reach to us:
- Wallet refund will get credited within 24-72 working hours.
- NEFT refund process takes 24-72 working hours.
- Payment Gateway refund process takes 24-72 working hours excluding Saturdays/Sundays and Bank Holidays.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
