If you’re not happy with your purchased item, you can raise a return request within 3 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please log in to your RIO RABBIT account, and go to the Request Order page. Once you’ve raised the request, our shipping partner will pick up the order.
Please ensure that the returned item is unused, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact. We reserve the right to reject any return request if the item is not in its original condition or fails our inspection criteria.
Please note that we deduct Rs. 150 for money refunds, while there are no deductions for refunds processed to your RIO RABBIT wallet. The refund amount will be equivalent to the purchase price of the returned item.
Please also note that refunds are not applicable for FINAL SALE items, which are heavily discounted during the sale period. Eyeglasses/Sunglasses made with Power are also not eligible for return.

Our goal is to make the return process as smooth as possible for you. We have partnered with multiple courier companies to provide reverse pick-up facilities in most areas. To initiate a return request, simply follow the instructions provided in the “RETURN ORDER” section on the footer of our website. However, if the reverse pick-up facility is not available in your area, you can self-ship the item in its original packaging to our operations office address.
